Welcome!

I suck at keeping diaries. Oh, I'll do really well for a couple of days - even weeks - and then I'll finally climb out of the initial funk that inspired me to put thoughts to paper. The thing is, most diaries are a form of therapy that is entirely self-focused. Not intended to be read by anyone. Blogs, on the other hand, are inherently public. They're no fun without an audience.

Who am I? I'm a foodie. I enjoy cooking food. I like to eat food. I am a fan of the restaurant experience. I enjoy eating with others. You get the picture. Food is my therapy, the hobby that keeps me sane. I'll document my experiences with food here.

There's more to me than food (although...you are what you eat!), but I suck at keeping diaries. This won't be a forum for baring my soul. However, you can learn a lot about a person by what they are willing to eat.
